2015/04 ～ 2015/04	Numerical study on gas lubrication of a textured surface in micro/nanoscale Numerical simulations and theoretical analyses are performed in order to understand gas lubrication of a textured surface in micro/nanoscale and to design the optimal surface structure in order to improve its tribological performance.
